This Mother’s Day, step into a magical space where connection takes flight — literally! Join us for "Uplifted Together," a special Aerial Workshop designed for all moms and their older kids (ages 7–50). Whether you're trying aerial for the first time or already love to fly, this playful, heart-opening experience is for all levels. What to Expect: Aerial basics for fun, flow, and connection Partner poses to strengthen your bond Mindful movement + lighthearted laughter No experience needed — just come as you are and prepare to soar, laugh and have fun together. Cost is $60 per spot. Mother & accompanying daughter(s)/son(s) will share one aerial silk (spot) during the class. No refunds for any reason.
